- • The CRA II/Snr CRA role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring clinical trial integrity and patient safety by monitoring study sites for regulatory and protocol compliance, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, maintaining essential documents, and supporting audit readiness.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem solvers in a Full-Service or Functional Service Provider environment to accelerate drug development and commercialization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
