  • • The CRA II / Sr CRA - Sponsor Dedicated role is a home-based position in the United States focused on ensuring clinical trial compliance, data integrity, and site management across the study lifecycle, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies through rigorous monitoring and quality oversight.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, maintaining essential documentation, and supporting audit readiness through accurate reporting and issue escalation.
  • • As part of Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, you will collaborate with passionate problem solvers in a Fully Integrated Life Sciences Services organization that partners with innovators across drug development and commercialization, helping accelerate progress for customers and patients worldwide.
  • • This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in clinical monitoring, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, GPP), real-world late-phase studies, and project coordination, while gaining mentorship experience and advancing toward leadership roles in clinical operations through exposure to global trials, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning in therapeutic areas and SOPs.
