- • As a CRA II / Sr CRA - Sponsor Dedicated in Oncology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials by monitoring study sites and protecting patient data, directly contributing to the advancement of cancer therapies.
- • Day to day, you will conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verify informed consent processes, review source documents and case report forms, manage investigational product accountability, and maintain essential documentation such as the Investigator Site File and Trial Master File.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem solvers in a Full-Service or Functional Service Provider environment to support oncology drug development from early phases to real-world late-phase studies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ICH-GCP, oncology trial protocols, and real-world evidence studies, while gaining opportunities to mentor junior CRAs, lead site training, and contribute to process improvements and audit readiness under the mentorship of experienced Clinical Operations Leads.
