- • The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role at Syneos Health in Switzerland is critical to ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of clinical trials across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. This position supports the advancement of life-saving therapies by monitoring study sites and safeguarding patient welfare throughout the trial lifecycle.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits—both on-site and remotely—while verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product accountability, and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs. The CRA will also support patient recruitment and retention, maintain essential documentation (ISF/TMF reconciliation), prepare for audits, and act as a liaison between study sites and the project team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Previous monitoring experience in clinical trials
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; French language skills are considered an asset
- • Ability to manage required travel for monitoring activities across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany
