CRC Benefits - BenAdmin Coordinator (Remote)

📋 Description

• • Implements clients and brokers into CRC Benefits via BenAdmin systems by setting up group demographics, benefits plans, rates, employee census data, and system integrations.
• • Provides direct support to internal sales teams and external clients on BenAdmin system inquiries, including troubleshooting, report generation, and data resolution.
• • Maintains accurate and current data within BenAdmin systems to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• • Meets or exceeds established SLA performance metrics for individual case management and response times.
• • Utilizes all available tools and formats to efficiently manage daily case workload and prioritize tasks.
• • Collaborates with technical and service teams to resolve system issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
• • Actively participates in mandatory meetings, training sessions, and applies learned skills to daily workflows.
• • Ensures all deadlines for group implementations, renewals, and data updates are consistently met.
• • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders via verbal, written, and video conference channels.
• • Works standard 8am–5pm Central Time hours Monday through Friday in a remote capacity.
• • May be required to work extended hours or weekends during peak business periods such as open enrollment or system updates.
• • Maintains proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based platforms for daily operations.
• • Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• • Adheres to all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality standards.
• • Performs additional duties as assigned by management to support team and organizational goals.
