• • As a Creative AI Workflow Specialist / Creative AI Engineer at Wongdoody Inc., you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) technologies into our high-end CGI and content production pipeline. Your primary mission will be to bridge the gap between creative concepts and tangible, brand-compliant visuals, ensuring speed, consistency, and pixel-perfect quality for our diverse clientele across automotive, fashion, and consumer goods sectors.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and refining image worlds, motifs, and variations for advertising campaigns. This involves hands-on work with ComfyUI, where you will not only maintain and extend existing graphs for specific use cases like environment generation, product integration, and series variations but also build robust prompt frameworks and blueprints to guarantee consistency and quality across entire product lines or campaign series.
• • A key aspect of your role will be leveraging GenAI as an advanced finishing layer in our post-3D production workflow. This includes enhancing existing CGI assets, providing compositing support, adding intricate details, and ensuring a high degree of realism and visual consistency. You will collaborate closely with our 3D/CGI and compositing teams, utilizing tools such as C4D, Maya, Unreal, Nuke, After Effects, Photoshop, and Substance to solve complex production challenges, particularly concerning product accuracy, precise proportions, and intricate detail levels.
• • You will drive workflow quality and scalability by implementing batch processing and automation within ComfyUI, managing queues, generating variations, and ensuring reproducible production runs. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating different AI models and approaches for their quality and speed, selecting the most appropriate ones for specific use cases.
• • To foster a collaborative and efficient environment, you will be responsible for documenting ComfyUI templates and workflows, creating best-practice guides, and ensuring that teams can seamlessly integrate these AI-powered processes into their existing pipelines. While separate engineering support is available for larger infrastructure projects, you will occasionally utilize scripts and helper tools (Python/JS) for smaller automation tasks.
• • Your role requires a deep understanding of image composition, lighting, materiality, and style, coupled with practical experience in GenAI for imaging, including both generation and targeted editing for quality improvement. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong command of node-based workflows in ComfyUI, including troubleshooting and graph optimization.
• • You will work within an interdisciplinary team comprising Creative Direction, CGI/3D artists, Motion Designers, and Compositors. The typical review process involves two feedback loops (internal lead and final approval). We pride ourselves on delivering campaign-ready, photorealistic, and pixel-perfect results, clearly distinguishing between exploratory phases and final production outputs.
• • This is a primarily remote position within Germany, with an expectation of approximately two days per month at our Stuttgart office. While the team's primary working language is German, strong communication skills in English are also essential, and fluency in German is highly valued.
• • You will contribute to projects for strong, reputable brands and clients that align with our values. Your work will directly impact the visual output of major campaigns, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in creative production.
