- • Own the complete visual and creative expression of Latent AI across all customer-facing and internal assets, ensuring every piece is unmistakably Latent on first glance.
- • Lead the end-to-end rollout of a major rebrand from agency hand-off to full company adoption, applying the new brand system consistently across web, video, social, sales decks, recruiting materials, and event activations.
- • Build and maintain a scalable, AI-powered brand-asset library featuring templates, components, and reusable files that enable non-design teams to produce on-brand content in seconds.
- • Set the visual direction for all key marketing campaigns — including ABM, paid media, product launches, and lifecycle marketing — ensuring creative is integrated from the outset, not added as an afterthought.
- • Partner closely with growth, product marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align creative output with campaign objectives, funnel architecture, and conversion goals.
- • Direct the creative for flagship events and field marketing activations, designing high-conversion visuals for both digital and physical touchpoints like trade show booths and webinars.
- • Lead the rebuild of latenthealth.com, collaborating with growth on page architecture and conversion-focused design while embedding the new brand system into every interactive element.
- • Scale the social content program by defining editorial direction — including customer storytelling, partner spotlights, and founder content — while overseeing day-to-day cadence executed by a dedicated social team.
- • Implement the social orchestrator pattern from Latent Studio: one brief, multiple creative directions, only the strongest assets shipped — maximizing output without compromising quality.
- • Standardize visual identity across all external and internal communications to ensure consistency in email, presentations, investor decks, and recruitment collateral.
- • Run regular brand-consistency reviews across all outbound assets, proactively flagging and correcting generic SaaS design patterns before they go live.
- • Mentor cross-functional teams (sales, recruiting, product) on brand usage, rules, and rationale, turning them into brand stewards who uphold standards without needing constant design oversight.
- • Leverage AI-native workflows to accelerate creative production, reduce manual labor, and enable high-volume, high-quality output from a lean team.
- • Defend creative excellence by maintaining an exceptionally high taste ceiling and zero tolerance for generic, uninspired, or inconsistent design.
- • Ship fast, often, and always on-brand — prioritizing velocity and impact over perfection, while ensuring every output reinforces Latent’s distinctive identity.
- • Measure creative success by its impact on pipeline, conversion rates, and market perception — not just aesthetic appeal.
- • Establish Latent’s creative output as the benchmark in healthcare AI, so that competitors and partners notice, reference, and emulate the brand’s visual language.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership at high-growth B2B or consumer companies
- • Proven experience scaling a rebrand from agency hand-off into company-wide adoption
- • Directorial expertise across video, web, and campaign creative — not limited to static design
- • Demonstrated use of AI tools to extend and accelerate creative output
- • Strong ability to build and manage scalable brand systems and asset libraries
- • High taste ceiling and zero tolerance for generic, uninspired design
