  • As the Creative Content Lead at Bjak, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our global content strategy, driving brand awareness, and fostering deep engagement across all digital touchpoints. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic vision, creative flair, and hands-on leadership to ensure our brand narrative resonates powerfully with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia and beyond. You will be the architect of our storytelling, translating complex business objectives into compelling content that captivates, educates, and converts.
  • **Content Strategy & Leadership:**
  • Develop, refine, and lead Bjak's comprehensive content strategy, encompassing all digital channels including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), our corporate website, email newsletters, online communities, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Define and articulate clear storytelling frameworks, core brand narratives, and thematic content pillars that are meticulously aligned with overarching business goals, market positioning, and audience segmentation.
  • Champion and enforce a consistent, authentic brand voice, tone, and messaging across every single content touchpoint, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
  • Stay abreast of emerging content trends, platform updates, and audience behavior shifts to proactively adapt and innovate the content strategy.
  • **Content Production & Creative Direction:**
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of content creation, from initial ideation and planning through to meticulous execution and final delivery of high-quality, impactful content.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, engaging social media posts, in-depth long-form articles and blog content, dynamic video assets, compelling campaign collateral, and valuable educational resources designed to empower our users.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with talented designers, skilled writers, innovative videographers, and diverse cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Engineering) to transform creative concepts into reality.
  • Provide clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs, offering constructive direction and insightful feedback to all content creators, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand alignment are consistently met.
  • Curate and manage a roster of external creative resources, including freelancers and agencies, as needed to scale content production effectively.
  • **Campaign Content Development:**
  • Spearhead the content engine for all major marketing campaigns, ensuring that the narrative arc and execution of content directly support campaign objectives and deeply resonate with target audience needs and motivations.
  • Strategically design and optimize content journeys across multiple channels to maximize audience engagement, drive desired conversions, and cultivate lasting brand affinity.
  • Implement robust monitoring systems to track content performance against campaign KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign content strategies for optimal impact.
  • **Community Engagement & Growth:**
  • Define and guide the content strategy for both our online (e.g., Discord servers, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn communities) and potentially offline community initiatives, fostering a vibrant and interactive brand ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to stimulate meaningful engagement, encourage active participation, and cultivate strong brand loyalty within our community groups.
  • Identify, encourage, and strategically leverage user-generated content (UGC) to build authentic trust, enhance credibility, and amplify our brand's reach through genuine advocacy.
  • **Partnerships & Collaboration:**
  • Actively seek out and collaborate with relevant influencers, emerging creators, and passionate brand advocates to significantly expand our content's reach, amplify its impact, and tap into new audience segments.
  • Design, implement, and manage effective ambassador and collaboration programs that strategically support our core brand storytelling and accelerate audience growth.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and other departments to ensure content initiatives are seamlessly integrated with and reflective of broader business priorities and product roadmaps.
  • **Insights & Optimization:**
  • Establish and diligently track key content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversion rates, sentiment analysis) and community insights to provide a data-informed foundation for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis to identify emerging opportunities, pinpoint content gaps, understand audience preferences, and assess competitive content landscapes.
  • Regularly present comprehensive findings, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, demonstrating the tangible business value and impact of content initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in content strategy, creative direction, digital marketing, or a closely related field, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional ability to craft compelling and effective narratives across a variety of content formats, including written, visual, and video mediums.
  • Deep, practical understanding of social media dynamics, content distribution strategies, audience behavior analysis, and the art of digital storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring content creators, including freelancers, agencies, or cross-functional creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Familiarity with key community platforms (e.g., Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn) and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards) to measure content performance and derive insights.
