This pivotal role is central to the successful delivery of scientifically sound and impactful content for our global exhibition booths and integrated client programmes. You will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and ensuring the seamless execution of content strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical clients.
- • In this capacity, you will dive deep into supporting content strategy development, crafting robust messaging frameworks, and meticulously designing content architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex scientific information into engaging and compliant content that resonates with target audiences at major global events and within comprehensive programme workstreams.
- • This position is ideally suited for a seasoned professional with a proven background in content management, specifically within an agency setting and with extensive experience working alongside healthcare clients. Your understanding of the nuances of pharmaceutical communications will be a significant asset.
- • It is important to note that this role is not about content creation itself. Instead, you will occupy a varied, strategic, and indispensable position focused on project excellence. You will be the guardian of content integrity, ensuring that all materials align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and the overarching project vision.
- • As part of Emota, our award-winning experiential agency, you will contribute to bringing ambitious visions to life through the full spectrum of Meetings, Events, and Exhibitions. Your role will be integral to creating immersive and memorable experiences that drive lasting change and engagement for our clients.
- • Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
- • Key responsibilities include cultivating strong, positive client relationships. This involves a deep understanding of their corporate and brand guidelines and ensuring these are meticulously implemented into project design and content development processes.
- • You will actively support the development of content strategy, messaging frameworks, and content architecture for exhibitions, environments, booths, and various programme workstreams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful narrative.
- • A core function of this role is to manage the project's content schedule with precision and lead on key content management programmes for designated clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- • You will serve as a primary point of contact for partners regarding content management and delivery, fostering clear communication and efficient workflows.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to work closely with project compliance teams. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' regulatory approval processes and ensure their rigorous implementation across all project elements.
- • Collaboration across various service lines, including film, artwork, and digital, will be essential. You will refine and update content assets, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and maintain their strategic intent.
- • You will partner with the Approvals Manager to meticulously manage content (assets) and booth designs through the complex approval process, navigating feedback and ensuring timely sign-offs.
- • Acting as an important quality control resource, you will meticulously review all project assets, upholding the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- • You will actively contribute to project team meetings, often leading discussions on the types of content being developed and their optimal application within the project framework.
- • Close collaboration with Project Managers is vital for the development of detailed and accurate schedules. You will be responsible for keeping clients and internal team members informed of content progress, providing regular updates on any changes or emerging issues.
- • You will prepare detailed approval submissions and manage review outcomes, guiding assets through to final approval status.
- • Proactively identifying practical solutions to challenges in asset development and usage within the strict compliance framework will be a key differentiator in this role.
- • Ultimately, you will be a crucial link in ensuring that our clients' messages are communicated effectively, compliantly, and memorably through expertly managed content for their most important engagements.
