- • As Creative Copy Director at Addi S.A.S., you will lead the evolution of the brand’s voice and creative output across financial products and retail campaigns, directly influencing how over 2 million Colombian consumers experience financial services through compelling, data-informed copy that drives trust, engagement, and conversion.
- • You will own and elevate the quality of all copy across touchpoints — from product messaging and email flows to social ads and landing pages — ensuring brand consistency while meeting rigorous performance benchmarks in OR, CTR, CTOR, and engagement across at least three major campaigns in your first year.
- • Day to day, you will define and train AI agents to augment creative workflows, enabling rapid ideation, variant testing, and iteration cycles; build a living content testing repository that links copy variations to performance data; and mentor and scale a high-performing copy team by hiring, training, and aligning them with Addi’s brand standards and AI-assisted processes.
- • You will collaborate closely with brand, marketing, product, lending, and CX teams to translate cross-functional briefs into unified creative strategies, ensuring voice and tone are deeply embedded in every customer touchpoint, from onboarding flows to retention campaigns.
- • You will translate complex financial concepts — such as Buy Now, Pay Later, credit scoring, and digital payments — into clear, motivating, and culturally resonant language for diverse Colombian audiences, balancing brand ambition with conversion pragmatism.
- • By embedding AI as a creative accelerator, you will architect the systems, playbooks, and standards that allow a small team to produce outsized creative output, defining the future of how Addi blends human ingenuity with machine efficiency.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where resourcefulness is key — building structures from scratch, adapting to shifting priorities, and maintaining creative excellence without compromising speed or quality.
- • As a strategic leader, you will sit at the table with the Head of Brand and co-founders, shaping Addi’s market positioning and creative direction, with real influence over how the brand shows up in Colombia’s evolving financial landscape.
- • You will leave a lasting legacy by establishing the creative infrastructure that scales with Addi’s growth — turning copy from a tactical function into a strategic lever for trust, financial inclusion, and long-term brand equity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience leading creative or copy teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments such as fintech, e-commerce, creative agencies, or high-growth startups.
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both brand-building storytelling and high-efficiency performance campaigns — proven ability to balance creative ambition with measurable business outcomes like conversion, engagement, and ROI.
- • Proven ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, accessible, and motivating language for diverse Colombian audiences, with a user-centric mindset grounded in audience research and behavioral insights.
- • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows — not just familiarity, but actual use in ideation, testing, and iteration — with excitement about building systems that amplify team output.
- • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work fluidly with product, marketing, lending, and CX teams to align creative with business goals and user needs.
