- • As the Creative Design Lead for Bjak Sdn. Bhd. in the UK, you will be the key contributor behind building a new forward-thinking brand tailored to the UK market, shaping its identity, voice, and visual presence across all touchpoints to drive awareness, trust, and growth.
- • You will own BJAK’s UK brand identity across platforms, develop a UK-first brand narrative, translate business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging, lead and coach a multidisciplinary creative team, set high standards for creative execution, manage workflows for speed and quality, partner with growth and product teams, and use data to optimize and scale creative campaigns.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a flat organization where everyone is expected to be hands-on, contribute directly to the mission, think like an owner, and prioritize results, speed, and ownership over titles.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and own BJAK’s UK creative vision end-to-end, build a brand backed by the scale of a proven fintech platform, work directly with leadership to influence strategic decisions, experience clear ownership and fast career progression in a high-growth environment, and benefit from competitive compensation and remote work flexibility across the UK.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
- • Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards
- • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
- • Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market
