- • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and brand assets including website pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, one-pagers, presentations, logos, and sales collateral.
- • Create visually compelling web experiences and landing pages that align with brand guidelines and optimize user engagement.
- • Design and develop marketing emails and supporting digital assets for events, campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
- • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Event Management teams to develop creative concepts and event-related materials such as signage, booth graphics, presentations, and promotional collateral.
- • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all digital and print channels, ensuring consistent brand standards and high-quality design execution.
- • Translate business objectives and campaign strategies into effective visual storytelling and design solutions.
- • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- • Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
- • Build and maintain web pages using WordPress and/or Webflow.
- • Design email templates in HTML utilizing CSS and collaborate effectively with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- • Apply strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems across all deliverables.
- • Utilize AI-powered creative tools such as Claude to enhance workflow and creative output where applicable.
- • Produce high-quality graphic design assets for both digital and print mediums with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- • Support global marketing initiatives across the U.S. and India with a digital-first, collaborative approach.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional experience in creative, graphic, or digital design roles in a B2B company.
- • Demonstrated experience designing for web, email, digital advertising, and marketing collateral.
- • Robust video skills.
- • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, including web pages, branding, and campaign assets.
- • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- • Experience building and maintaining web pages using WordPress and/or Webflow.
- • Ability to design email templates in HTML utilizing CSS, and collaborate effectively with developers.
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing and event teams to deliver creative assets.
- • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and brand systems.
- • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Claude is a plus.
