- • This role is a hands-on design position, requiring you to translate complex ideas and content into clear, strategic, and conversion-aware visuals. You will be responsible for a wide range of design tasks, from creating engaging social media assets and impactful marketing campaigns to designing user-friendly landing pages and essential sales collateral. Your ability to understand project intent and content quickly, and then translate it into effective visual communication, will be key to your success.
- • We are looking for a designer with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of design fundamentals. You should demonstrate excellent judgment in layout, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory. Consistency in applying these principles across diverse formats, without over-reliance on templates, is crucial. You must be comfortable working with various design tools and possess the adaptability to learn and integrate new technologies, including AI tools, into your workflow.
- • Your responsibilities will span multiple areas, including:
- • Designing a variety of marketing and social media assets, such as static posts, engaging carousels, and eye-catching campaign and ad creatives. This involves understanding the underlying message and target audience to create visuals that resonate and drive action.
- • Creating and updating essential sales materials. This includes developing professional presentations (decks), concise one-pagers, informative brochures, and compelling banners that support our sales team's efforts.
- • Designing and refining landing pages that are not only visually appealing but also optimized for conversion. You will extend and maintain our brand system across various digital surfaces, ensuring a cohesive and professional online presence.
- • Updating and improving existing design assets to meet evolving needs and maintain brand consistency.
- • Designing collateral for events and promotional items, including branded merchandise (swag) and print materials, to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- • Potentially contributing to simple, purposeful animations using motion graphics, adding an extra layer of dynamism to our content.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- • Hands-on proficiency with design software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for creative applications.
- • A robust portfolio demonstrating design reasoning and process across multiple formats (web, social, sales, branding, print), with original work that is not heavily template-driven.
- • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, evident in layout, hierarchy, typography, and spacing, with a good eye for color and composition.
- • Ability to quickly grasp content and intent, translating them into strategic and conversion-aware visuals.
