- • As a Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand's visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience, primarily enterprise-level nonprofits in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- • Your core responsibility will be to develop and evolve the brand’s visual ecosystem. This includes designing and iterating on our website, blog, and social media presence, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand story is told. You will be the guardian of our visual language, making sure it is clear, accessible, and powerfully communicates our value proposition.
- • A key aspect of this role involves creating engaging graphic content and illustrations. We encourage a forward-thinking approach, expecting you to actively leverage AI tools to streamline production workflows, accelerate asset creation, and optimize routine design tasks. This is a hands-on role where practical application of AI in design is paramount.
- • You will be responsible for producing a wide range of materials for conferences and events. This encompasses everything from eye-catching merchandise and impactful booth designs to dynamic motion videos that capture attention and convey our message effectively.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our team culture. You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure absolute visual consistency across all communication channels, reinforcing our brand identity at every touchpoint.
- • We expect you to bring a strong understanding of how design serves business objectives and effectively communicates brand values. Your designs should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also strategically aligned with our marketing goals and the needs of our nonprofit clients.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of web and marketing design principles. You should be adept at designing websites and possess a solid grasp of landing page optimization and marketing funnel dynamics to create effective user journeys.
- • Your experience should extend to multiformat design, including creating professional presentations, designing for offline events such as booths and print materials, and possessing basic motion design skills for creating simple animations and refining timing.
- • You will be part of a growing, international product development team of over 130 individuals spread across various countries, with primary communication in Russian. We operate on a 9 AM to 6 PM CET schedule, fostering a collaborative environment through active communication via calls and discussions during these hours.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in communication or brand design.
- • Strong illustration skills with proficiency in hand-drawing and advanced Figma capabilities (complex gradients, shadows, lighting).
- • Hands-on experience using AI tools (neural networks) to accelerate design workflows and generate assets.
- • Proven experience in web and marketing design, including website design, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- • Conversational English (B2) and fluent Russian.
