- • Aisle3 is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Designer to join our award-winning Amazon-first marketplace agency. As a Digital Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our clients across their Amazon catalogs and product listings, going beyond mere aesthetics to elevate their brand presence and drive tangible business results.
- • This role demands a proactive individual who thrives on ownership and can anticipate client needs, transforming visionary concepts into polished, impactful designs. You will be the guardian of our clients' visual narratives on Amazon, ensuring consistency, creativity, and strategic alignment across all touchpoints. Your responsibility extends to pushing the boundaries of design and strategic thinking, generating fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.
- • You will become an expert in each client's brand and product portfolio, conducting in-depth research into their brand, category, product, and competitive landscape. This research will form the foundation for strategic creative optimizations and catalog update recommendations. Your ability to anticipate client needs will be crucial in identifying proactive opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- • A key aspect of this role involves shaping long-term creative plans, leveraging data, testing, and insights to guide and refine creative strategy. You will collaborate closely with agency partners and internal teammates to execute creative projects from conception to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, designing compelling product listing images, producing engaging product videos and GIFs, developing persuasive A+ Content, crafting immersive Brand Stories and Storefronts, creating effective Posts, and designing assets for A/B tests and advertising campaigns.
- • You will be responsible for developing and managing project timelines, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines while maintaining creative excellence across multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Maintaining organized design files and asset libraries for all projects and clients is paramount for efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
- • A significant contribution will be the development of new creative templates that set a new standard for Amazon platform creative, elevating the quality and impact of our clients' presence. You will act as a vital bridge between creative execution and brand strategy, working collaboratively with the Creative Director and Brand Managers to ensure a cohesive and impactful approach.
- • You will actively participate in and lead brainstorming sessions with internal teammates, discussing background research and aligning on strategic creative recommendations. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Catalog, Advertising, and Operations, is essential to ensure all initiatives are completed efficiently and perform optimally.
- • While the primary focus is internal collaboration, you will occasionally communicate directly with clients via calls and email, presenting creative deliverables, discussing feedback, and obtaining approvals for final designs. Your ultimate goal will be to increase overall impressions, sessions, conversion rates, best-seller rankings, and sales of product listings through strategic creative content optimizations.
- • You will be empowered to evaluate and improve current practices, taking initiative to enhance client performance at every opportunity. Working with account managers, you will contribute to the development of long-term strategic creative action plans. This role offers the autonomy to make design decisions with minimal oversight, requiring a self-starter with the confidence to become an Amazon expert and drive impactful results.
- • Platforms you will utilize include Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7 years of professional design experience.
- • 1-2 years of specific Amazon design experience.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- • A diverse portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design and brand strategy, demonstrating solutions to business problems through effective design.
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- • Experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, or other e-commerce related platforms.
