As a Graphic & Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand's visual identity across all platforms, contributing directly to its growth and market presence.
- • This is a hands-on role designed for a designer with a proven track record in owning brand execution and contributing to the development of a world-class creative system. You will collaborate closely with the founders and the marketing team, translating brand strategy into high-performing, aesthetically superior design solutions. Your work will not only embody the premium brand aesthetic but also actively support and drive growth marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level designer with substantial experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce and lifestyle brands. You possess a keen understanding of how to create visuals that are not only visually appealing but also demonstrably effective in driving conversions and engagement. While you have a passion for building immersive brand worlds, you are equally adept at producing high-volume, fast-moving marketing assets and are comfortable adapting creative strategies based on performance data and growth insights.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive ownership and execution of brand design across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. This includes creating high-impact, conversion-focused creatives specifically for paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will also be responsible for designing engaging assets for email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including newsletters, promotional materials, and automated flows, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual appeal.
- • Furthermore, you will produce essential visual assets for website enhancements, including landing pages and product pages, optimizing user experience and brand representation. A significant part of your role will involve designing and refining brand guidelines, creating versatile templates, and contributing to the development of a scalable and cohesive design system that ensures brand consistency and efficiency. You will also support new product launches by conceptualizing packaging designs, creating insert materials, and developing retail assets as required, ensuring that new products are presented with the same premium quality and brand integrity.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and test various creative angles, iterating rapidly based on performance feedback and data analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness. You will also manage and collaborate with external partners, such as photographers, videographers, and freelance creatives, to ensure the highest quality output and timely delivery of assets. A critical aspect of your contribution will be ensuring that all creative output consistently aligns with the brand's established tone of voice – premium, modern, and aspirational – maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand image across all communications.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on brand identity and digital marketing design.
- • A robust portfolio showcasing successful brand identity development and effective digital marketing creative execution.
- • Proven experience designing for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, particularly within the health, wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer product sectors.
- • Advanced proficiency in design software, including Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- • Ability to work efficiently and produce a high volume of assets without compromising on quality, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- • Excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
