📋 Description

• A Creative Developer at Tempo Labs Inc. bridges design and engineering to elevate both, bringing creative ideas to life through code and building beautiful, functional digital experiences that push the boundaries of design and technology.
• Day to day, the role involves working across brand websites, product interfaces, interactive experiences, and experimental projects, coding with intention and taste, prototyping ideas quickly, and integrating emerging AI tools into creative workflows to uplevel team problem-solving.
• The team at Tempo is composed of crypto-optimists building infrastructure for real-world economic flows onchain, moving fast and swinging for the fences, with design partners including global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services such as Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
• In this role, the person can learn to integrate AI-powered tools into creative development, deepen expertise in motion design and web animation, mentor team members in technical and creative skills, and shape the visual and interactive identity of a pioneering blockchain payments platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of front-end development with a strong portfolio of creative work
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework)
• Solid design foundation—understanding of typography, layout, color, and motion
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, or similar) and ability to move fluidly between design and code
• Experience building and shipping websites from concept through production
• Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and comfort experimenting with new technologies
• Experience mentoring or leveling up team members' technical or creative skills
• Bonus: motion design, web animation (Three.js, GSAP)
