• • Your mission as Creative Director will be to lead and inspire both our dedicated in-house creative team and our valued agency partners. You will be instrumental in bringing Atlan's compelling narrative to life across every conceivable touchpoint – encompassing digital platforms, physical events, and immersive experiential activations. This role demands a unique blend of visionary strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution. You will leverage the power of AI to accelerate creative exploration and ideation, while simultaneously applying astute creative judgment to ensure all outputs are not only original but also exceptionally crafted and impactful, effectively cutting through the industry noise. From conceptualizing and executing groundbreaking presences at key industry events to developing scalable creative systems that empower every member of the Atlan team to embody and amplify our brand, your leadership will be the driving force behind Atlan's brand evolution and scaled success in the rapidly advancing AI era.
• • Key responsibilities include setting and evolving the overarching creative vision for Atlan's brand, specifically tailored for the AI era. This involves strategically employing AI tools for rapid ideation and production, while maintaining an unwavering commitment to originality and high-quality craft in every deliverable. You will be the custodian of our brand system, responsible for its visual identity, comprehensive guidelines, and the creation of scalable frameworks that empower all company teams to consistently and effectively represent the Atlan brand. Furthermore, you will manage Atlan’s in-house creative studio, overseeing the delivery of campaign and event assets designed to capture attention, evoke emotion, and reflect the highest standards of creative excellence. A crucial aspect of this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Field Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Executive team, to translate strategic objectives into compelling and effective storytelling. You will be tasked with elevating Atlan's brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring every interaction reinforces our brand positioning and resonates with our target audience. Leading the creative direction for major industry events is also a core function, ensuring Atlan's presence is impactful and clearly communicates our mission in data and AI. Finally, you will foster a culture of exceptional craft, constructive feedback, and creative bravery, inspiring bold ideas and ensuring their flawless execution throughout the organization.
