📋 Description

  • As the Creative Director at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will be the visionary force shaping the company’s visual identity and storytelling, ensuring that the brand communicates the power and sophistication of its AI workforce platform with clarity, creativity, and impact across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • You will lead the creation of compelling visual narratives that translate complex enterprise AI concepts into accessible, engaging experiences — directly supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and go-to-market success in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-impact growth and marketing assets, including static imagery, animated videos, social media content, digital campaign visuals, and launch materials that align with brand strategy and drive engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing to design assets for product launches, positioning campaigns, and sales enablement, ensuring visual consistency and message clarity in communicating HappyRobot’s AI worker capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across website, brand collateral, pitch decks, trade show materials, and internal communications, reinforcing brand recognition and trust.
  • Translate technical and enterprise-grade AI concepts into simple, visually compelling stories that resonate with C-suite executives, operations leaders, and IT decision-makers.
  • Rapidly iterate on creative concepts based on cross-functional feedback, performance data, and A/B testing results while upholding a relentless standard of craft, polish, and originality.
  • Mentor and elevate the creative bar across the marketing team by setting quality benchmarks, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, motion graphics, and digital campaign assets.
  • Proven experience creating growth-focused marketing and GTM assets for B2B or enterprise technology companies.
  • Ability to design effectively across multiple formats including social media, video, digital ads, launch kits, and presentation materials.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating closely with product marketing and cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product) in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft and polish.
