- • Lead the development and evolution of Redis’s visual identity and brand strategy as Creative Director, ensuring cohesive execution across all channels and touchpoints.
- • Oversee day-to-day creative operations including designing and prototyping brand e-commerce websites, managing QA and development on Shopify Plus and WordPress, formatting ads in Adobe InDesign, and producing animated digital ad campaigns using Figma and Adobe After Effects to monitor engagement and performance.
- • Partner with brand, marketing, and go-to-market teams to build performance-driven advertising campaigns, enhance product launches, and deliver exceptional brand experiences at events like RedisCon.
- • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and external creative agencies; establish design governance, streamline workflows, and scale team capacity through improved processes and systems.
- • Drive data-informed decision-making to measure campaign effectiveness, evolve brand and marketing design systems, and apply growth marketing best practices to align with brand goals and personality.
- • Foster a culture of open critique and collaboration across design teams, build trust with stakeholders, and develop a compelling portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS brand excellence rooted in typography, color, form, and design thinking.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in creative direction, brand management, or visual design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- • Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, After Effects), and experience designing for digital platforms including Shopify Plus and WordPress.
- • Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end creative production.
- • Experience using data-driven approaches to measure campaign performance and optimize brand initiatives.
