📋 Description

• As Creative Director at Trust Wallet, you will own and evolve the brand identity for the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, trusted by over 200 million users globally, ensuring all creative output is cohesive, intentional, and distinctive in support of the company’s mission to empower individuals in the Web3 and AI-powered future.
• You will lead and mentor the brand design team (currently 2 designers), drive major creative projects including campaigns, brand refreshes, and new product launches, establish and maintain brand guidelines, partner with marketing on go-to-market initiatives, present creative strategy to senior leadership, and manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.
• You will join a fast-growing, innovative blockchain company with a global, fully remote workforce, flat organizational structure, and a culture that values learning, diversity, and impact, working alongside world-class talent in product, marketing, and leadership to shape a brand that reflects the future of digital ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 plus years in brand, creative, or design roles
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, visual systems, and creative direction
• Experience managing designers or creative teams
• Strong communicator who can articulate creative decisions clearly
