- • Lead creative development for brands across video, still, OOH, print, social, and experiential/influencer activations, ensuring work exceeds client goals and aligns with strategic objectives.
- • Drive the full creative process from ideation to final delivery, actively participating at all levels of campaign execution and willing to roll up sleeves to meet deadlines.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Producers, Designers, Strategy, and Account to develop and refine deliverables that maintain creative integrity and brand consistency.
- • Strategically elevate conceptual thinking across all campaigns, guiding teams to push creative boundaries while staying aligned with client strategies and brand standards.
- • Demonstrate deep expertise in TV creative development, leveraging strong conceptual skills to produce high-impact, platform-optimized content.
- • Manage day-to-day progress of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery under tight timelines without compromising quality or vision.
- • Present creative concepts and campaign directions with clarity and confidence to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and creative intent.
- • Maintain a calm, steady leadership style that fosters collaboration, inspires junior creatives, and sustains team morale during high-pressure production cycles.
- • Ensure all deliverables are highly organized, professionally executed, and meet both internal quality standards and client expectations.
- • Travel may be required for postproduction activities, including on-set supervision, editing sessions, or client-facing reviews.
- • Operate within EST work hours and remain fully available during core business hours despite remote or hybrid work arrangement.
- • Work exclusively on dentsu payroll as a W2 temporary employee under a fixed-term contract from July 13 to November 2, 2026.

- • 7+ years of creative agency experience
- • Strong conceptual skills with deep TV creative expertise
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively under tight deadlines
- • Strong presentation and communication skills
- • Highly organized, reliable, and professional work ethic
- • Must be based in the United States

- • Hourly pay range of $88.81–$110.00
