- • As the Creative Director for Events at MeetingTomorrow, Inc., you will serve as the strategic and aesthetic engine behind the company’s most complex client projects, bridging brand strategy and physical experience to craft immersive, story-driven event journeys for Fortune 500 and leading organizations.
- • Day to day, you will lead vision development for event outcomes, utilize AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Adobe Firefly alongside Adobe Creative Suite to create photorealistic concept art and guest journey visualizations, refine themes and messaging using LLMs such as Gemini and Claude, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, propose sustainable design solutions, build dynamic cinematic presentations using PPT, Keynote, or Gamma/Beautiful.ai, conceptualize spatial and multimodal experiences integrating AR and interactive LED, and orchestrate freelance talent including 3D renderers, motion designers, and AI artists to execute project components.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-enhanced creative workflows, lead high-end experiential projects from concept to onsite delivery without managing a team, build a trusted freelance bench, influence agency-wide creative standards for pricing and delivery, and own marquee projects with measurable client impact, positioning you as a leader in the evolution of immersive event design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or high-end experience-driven agency environments
- • A maker's portfolio demonstrating live or hybrid experiences conceived and delivered, including general session stages and conference themes
- • Proven ability to own a project from first brainstorm to onsite walkthrough without relying on a team underneath you
- • Hands-on use of AI tools for visual ideation, moodboarding, and narrative development (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Claude)
- • Expert-level PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity, with SketchUp, Rhino, or AI generation tools as a strong plus
- • Evidence of scale through Fortune 500 brand work, $1M+ productions, or 500+ attendee experiences
