- • As the Creative Director, Lifecycle & Organic Growth at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional customer communications into emotionally resonant, relationship-driven messaging that builds trust and long-term engagement in the car ownership journey.
- • Day to day, you will own the overhaul of CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to evolve messaging from functional to value-additive, while shaping the brand’s tone of voice and personality from the ground up in partnership with the CEO.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing startup that has scaled to 5M customers and $240M+ in funding since 2019, operating in the $2T U.S. car ownership market with a mission to simplify and humanize a traditionally stressful experience through its AI-powered super app.
- • In this role, you will build a brand voice from a blank canvas, champion empathetic storytelling around dry topics like insurance and repairs, and expand into organic content such as social media to drive brand affinity and customer growth, all while working with a curious, egoless team solving real-world problems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
- • Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
- • Experience working with consumer brands
- • A portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft
- • Bachelor's Degree
