• • As the Creative Director (or Lead Writer of Interesting Things) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional messaging into emotionally resonant, relationship-driven communication that builds trust and cultivates an enduring community around car ownership.
• • Day to day, you will personally write email campaigns, draft in-app tooltips, craft push notifications and SMS sequences, engage with users on platforms like Reddit, and shape messaging for new feature launches and product positioning, working closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams.
• • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing consumer startup that has scaled to 5M customers, raised over $240M in funding, and built the #1 rated app in its category by simplifying car ownership through AI-powered automation and personalized services.
• • In this role, you will build the brand voice and playbook from a blank canvas, define the company’s personality across all organic surfaces, lead creative campaigns (such as a $150K car giveaway), own positioning for new products like GarageGuard, and eventually build and manage a team for organic GTM launches and social media presence.
