  • • As the Creative Editorial Director at Addi S.A.S., you will launch and lead the company's first branded content practice, establishing Addi as a trusted financial authority in Colombia through AI-augmented editorial production that builds audience trust, elevates brand sentiment, and expands organic reach in a market where financial literacy and empowerment are critical.
  • • You will define and launch Addi's inaugural owned editorial content format by establishing the core editorial concept, channel strategy, and quality standards, with the goal of deploying a signature content pilot by month six, while driving measurable growth in owned content channels through baseline audience metrics and consistent month-over-month improvements in reach, engagement rate, and follower growth in collaboration with the social media team.
  • • You will implement a clear editorial style guide and content governance framework to ensure voice consistency across all editorial touchpoints—from social formats to long-form pieces—and embed AI tools into at least two core editorial workflows (such as research, ideation, or repurposing) without compromising editorial integrity or brand alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in journalism or branded content with a proven portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate complex financial jargon into accessible, compelling narratives for diverse Colombian audiences.
  • • Proven experience launching editorial products or content verticals from scratch, including defining editorial concepts, format design, and publishing cadence, not just maintaining existing content.
  • • Hands-on experience using AI tools in editorial workflows for research acceleration, content repurposing, ideation, or format experimentation, with the ability to design effective prompts and editorial guardrails that maintain brand voice and integrity.
  • • Strong collaborative skills with social media teams, including understanding platform-native formats, production constraints, and engagement mechanics to elevate social content from reactive to editorial while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • • Demonstrated ability to define and protect a brand’s editorial voice through practical style guides and governance frameworks that scale across teams without sounding rigid, acting as the final check for brand alignment, values, and quality in both human and AI-generated content.
  • • Comfort with ambiguity and resourcefulness in building structure, workflows, and standards from the ground up in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and timelines compress.
