- • This pivotal role is designed to significantly enhance the speed, creativity, and overall leverage of our marketing efforts across all campaigns, product launches, and demand generation programs, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional quality and maintain the trust of our audience.
- • You will be at the forefront of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a powerful force multiplier, enabling the creation of high-impact content across a diverse range of formats, including written, visual, and multimedia.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire content lifecycle, from initial ideation and conceptualization through to creation, design, and iterative refinement, all aimed at helping Axon articulate clearer stories, accelerate our market presence, and drive measurable customer impact within the public safety sector.
- • This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for a forward-thinking, AI-driven modern marketer who possesses a strong blend of creative thinking, sharp writing abilities, competent design skills, and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality output.
- • You will be responsible for creating compelling content across various formats, including essential sales assets that empower our sales teams, insightful customer case studies that highlight success stories, engaging campaign content that captures attention, persuasive web copy that drives engagement, effective email communications, and thought-provoking thought leadership pieces that establish Axon as an industry authority.
- • A key aspect of this role involves the strategic utilization of generative AI tools to expedite the processes of ideation, drafting, design, iteration, and personalization of content, all while rigorously upholding Axon’s established brand guidelines and uncompromising quality standards.
- • You will design and produce polished visual assets, including professional slide decks for presentations, concise one-pagers for quick information dissemination, impactful campaign graphics that resonate with target audiences, and lightweight web visuals that enhance user experience.

- • You will provide essential support to the Demand Generation team by creating impactful campaign assets specifically designed to drive audience engagement and contribute significantly to pipeline growth.
- • A significant part of your work will involve rapidly prototyping new content concepts and exploring diverse creative directions, enabling us to test, learn, and iterate quickly to optimize effectiveness.
- • You will be tasked with maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels, ensuring a unified brand experience for our audience.
- • You will actively incorporate performance data, valuable feedback from stakeholders, and the results of A/B testing to continuously refine and improve the overall effectiveness and impact of our content.
- • Embrace Axon’s core values: Aim Far, Win Right, Own It, Join Forces, Be Obsessed, and Expect Candor, integrating them into your daily work and decision-making processes.
- • Understand and articulate the future of digital evidence and records, contributing to Axon's vision.
- • Advocate for solutions that benefit both public safety agencies and the communities they serve, aligning with the 'Win Right' value.
- • Take ownership of go-to-market outcomes, ensuring clarity in communication and driving team performance.
- • Collaborate with empathy, urgency, and clarity, embodying the 'Join Forces' principle.
- • Demonstrate a deep care for the workflows that contribute to safer communities, reflecting the 'Be Obsessed' value.
- • Deliver honest, constructive feedback and foster strategic alignment within the team and across departments, living the 'Expect Candor' value.
- • Within your first 30 days, immerse yourself in Axon’s brand identity, voice, and the core narratives that define our presence in public safety. Simultaneously, begin building strong working relationships with key partners in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and the broader Creative team. Gain a comprehensive understanding of current content workflows, the tools we utilize, and existing performance benchmarks.
- • By the end of your first 60 days, you will have successfully shipped high-impact content across multiple channels and established an AI-powered content workflow that demonstrably improves both speed and output. You will also have developed and delivered reusable content templates and formats designed for scalability.
- • By the 90-day mark and beyond, you will be functioning as a trusted execution partner for critical campaigns and product launches, consistently delivering high-quality content with significantly reduced cycle times. You will be able to demonstrate measurable impact on engagement metrics, demand generation efforts, and the successful reuse of content assets across the organization.
- • This role is based in our Boston, Massachusetts location, following a hybrid work schedule. We value in-person collaboration and expect team members to work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with flexibility for remote work on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation is in place. We believe that strong connections fuel innovation, and our office culture is intentionally designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared achievements.
- • The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization and make a tangible impact on public safety through innovative and effective communication.
