• • The Creative Lead will own the ideas and messaging behind Remote’s performance marketing, turning product truth into sharp, high-performing creative across paid channels and defining how Remote shows up in performance marketing to raise the bar for what B2B ads can be.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing clear messaging frameworks for paid campaigns, translating complex global employment products into simple hooks, refining positioning based on performance data, conceiving high-impact campaign ideas for social, search, display, and video, building testing roadmaps grounded in hypotheses, partnering with brand and content teams to maintain voice consistency, working with designers and writers to bring ideas to life, providing creative direction, overseeing multiple campaigns, establishing repeatable systems for ideation and iteration, integrating AI tools to increase speed and output, and collaborating across growth, product marketing, brand, and analytics teams to align on priorities and influence stakeholders.
