- • As the Creative Lead for Lifecycle & Retention at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional customer communications into emotionally resonant, relationship-driven messaging that builds trust and long-term engagement.
- • Day to day, you will own the overhaul of CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to craft copy that turns complex, stressful topics like car insurance and repairs into human, accessible experiences that drive retention and brand affinity.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing startup that has scaled to 5M customers and $240M+ in funding since 2019, building America’s first super app for car ownership with a mission to simplify a $2T industry through AI-powered personalization and customer-centric innovation.
- • In this role, you will build the brand’s tone of voice from a blank canvas, partner directly with the CEO, and evolve from refining lifecycle campaigns to shaping broader organic content like social media, gaining deep impact on brand perception and customer loyalty in a meaningful, underserved market.

- • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
- • Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
- • Experience working with consumer brands
- • A portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft
- • Bachelor's Degree
