  • • Lead the end-to-end creation and optimization of a scalable creative production pipeline for MusesAcademy, from brief to testing launch, ensuring consistent quality and speed of delivery.
  • • Manage and optimize the creative factory by identifying operational bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and improving throughput across design, copy, and multimedia assets.
  • • Implement a rapid testing system to increase the volume of creative hypotheses tested while reducing time-to-test cycles, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between creative, design, user acquisition (UA), and development teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives with product development.
  • • Translate test results, user feedback, and performance data into actionable operational improvements that directly impact growth metrics such as LTV, CAC, and unit economics.
  • • Systematize high-performing creative approaches into repeatable, documented processes that drive predictable and sustainable user acquisition and retention.
  • • Define and own key performance indicators for creative output, aligning marketing activities with overall business goals and product growth targets.
  • • Build and lead a team of 3+ creative professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship, and autonomy to foster innovation and accountability.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative assets influence funnel conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • • Drive a business-oriented mindset across the creative team, ensuring all campaigns are strategically aligned with product objectives and market opportunities.
  • • Continuously experiment with new creative formats, platforms, and messaging strategies tailored to MusesAcademy’s target audience in the Lifestyle EdTech space.
  • • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while adapting messaging for localized and culturally relevant user segments.
  • • Partner with product and data teams to identify trends and opportunities for creative innovation based on user behavior and engagement patterns.
  • • Champion a culture of agility, learning, and iteration, where failures are analyzed for insights and successes are scaled systematically.
  • • Report on creative performance and ROI to leadership, using clear metrics to justify budget allocation and strategic pivots.
  • • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall marketing infrastructure, ensuring scalability as MusesAcademy grows into new markets and user bases.
  • • Stay updated on industry trends in EdTech, AI-driven personalization, and digital marketing innovation to inform creative strategy and competitive positioning.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, freelancers, and production partners involved in creative asset delivery.
  • • Ensure all creative outputs comply with legal, ethical, and platform-specific advertising guidelines across all distribution channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Growth, Operations, or Marketing Lead roles with a focus on performance marketing and creative production
  • • Minimum 3+ years managing a team of creatives or marketers, with demonstrated ability to set direction and empower autonomy
  • • Strong systems thinking: ability to structure complex workflows and decompose problems into executable processes
  • • Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs including LTV, CAC, unit economics, and their impact on product growth
  • • Business-oriented mindset with clear understanding of marketing as a direct driver of business results
