📋 Description

• Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing execution and creative coordination for fast-growing global companies while building a long-term remote career.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals; preparing design-ready assets using templates; maintaining brand files and creative libraries; supporting Google account provisioning; assisting with social media and email marketing scheduling; tracking deliverables and updating status reports; and providing general admin support such as meeting notes, research, and follow-ups.
• The role is part of a distributed team supporting US and UK-based clients, operating remotely with alignment to US time zones (EST–PST), and requires collaboration via Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project tools like Asana.
• In this role, you will develop hands-on experience in marketing operations, brand asset management, and digital campaign support while strengthening your organizational, communication, and design coordination skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior remote work experience with fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)
• Experience supporting marketing teams in a virtual assistant or coordinator capacity
• Strong Canva skills and comfort with basic design principles (spacing, typography, layout)
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written communication and a high standard for accuracy
