- • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives designed to resonate with diverse audiences and enhance customer acquisition across multiple consumer-focused brands.
- • Collaborate with design teams to transform creative concepts into compelling digital advertisements that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
- • Oversee the end-to-end production process of advertising creatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining alignment with the creative vision and performance goals.
- • Work directly with User Acquisition Managers to analyze performance data across advertising platforms, identifying high-converting creatives and optimizing underperforming ones.
- • Design and execute A/B tests to refine ad creatives, with a focus on improving conversion rates and maximizing customer acquisition efficiency.
- • Generate regular performance reports for the Ad Creative Lead, highlighting the impact of creatives on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- • Conduct thorough competitor research to benchmark creative standards and identify emerging trends in digital advertising that can be leveraged for market advantage.
- • Propose and implement innovative solutions to integrate new creative techniques, formats, or technologies into the advertising pipeline.
- • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement in ad production.
- • Liaise between creative, design, and user acquisition teams to ensure real-time data informs creative decisions and campaign optimizations.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production and apply them effectively to generate scalable, high-performing ad assets.
- • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality or strategic intent.
- • Adapt quickly to changes in the digital marketing landscape, including platform updates, algorithm shifts, and evolving consumer behavior patterns.
- • Challenge the status quo with a strong creative vision, proposing bold ideas that push boundaries and drive superior campaign results.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to align creative output with business goals and performance targets.
- • Maintain a portfolio of high-performing digital ads that demonstrate expertise in producing conversion-driven advertising content.
- • Operate within the CET time zone (±4 hours) to ensure seamless collaboration with team members during core working hours.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in creative production or a similar role, preferably in a tech-focused or consumer product company
- • Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads
- • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and understanding of performance metrics
- • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software
- • Ability to perform data analysis to draw actionable insights from campaign results
