- • Matchnode is seeking a highly motivated and experienced mid to senior-level Creative Strategist to join our dynamic creative team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this pivotal role is centered on the development and execution of performance-driven creative strategies across a diverse range of digital acquisition channels. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our creative output by meticulously analyzing performance data from existing and in-market creative assets. Your expertise will lie in identifying nuanced patterns of success and failure, and translating these critical insights into clear, actionable hypotheses, innovative concepts, and compelling creative directions.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass in-depth audience and competitor research, the conceptualization of engaging hooks and unique angles, and the meticulous crafting of clear, actionable creative briefs. These briefs will serve as essential guides for our talented designers, editors, and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring a cohesive and effective creative process. You will foster close collaboration with media buyers, designers, and clients to guarantee that creative strategies are not only aligned with overarching performance goals but also sensitive to channel-specific nuances and integrated within comprehensive testing roadmaps.
- • This position is ideally suited for a forward-thinking creative individual who possesses hands-on experience in performance marketing. You will leverage your understanding of how data, audience insights, and compelling storytelling converge to drive scalable, measurable results across various digital platforms.
- • **Key Responsibilities - Creative Strategy & Concepting:**
- • Develop innovative, short-form, direct-response creative concepts tailored for paid social media campaigns. This includes conceptualizing assets such as UGC, video ads (ranging from 5 to 45 seconds), and static advertisements.
- • Conceptualize impactful hooks, unique angles, persuasive value propositions, and robust messaging frameworks specifically designed to excel on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- • Author clear, compelling, and strategically sound creative briefs that provide precise direction and inspiration to designers, editors, UGC creators, and production teams.
- • Actively support the Creative Director in the strategic development of campaign-level creative strategies and the meticulous planning of testing roadmaps.
- • **Key Responsibilities - Research & Insights:**
- • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis, perform trend mapping, and undertake in-depth audience research to uncover critical insights and identify promising creative opportunities.
- • Diligently identify patterns and commonalities in high-performing creative assets across a wide spectrum of industries and digital platforms.
- • Maintain a keen awareness of evolving platform trends, emerging formats, and best practices across key channels such as Meta and TikTok.
- • **Key Responsibilities - Messaging & Narrative Development:**
- • Develop brand-aligned messaging frameworks and cohesive narrative structures that effectively guide paid social campaigns.
- • Skillfully translate customer pain points and product benefits into compelling and resonant creative angles that capture audience attention.
- • Contribute significantly to shaping the tone, positioning, and storytelling approaches across diverse brands and target audiences.
- • **Key Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- • Forge strong partnerships with media buyers, designers, and editors to ensure that all creative output is strategically aligned with defined performance objectives.
- • Actively participate in and lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams and clients to generate a pipeline of testable and innovative creative ideas.
- • Assist in the creation and presentation of sophisticated creative strategy decks, visual mockups, and compelling concept presentations.
