📋 Description

• • As a Creative Strategist (TikTok), you’ll be at the forefront of turning TikTok into a high-leverage growth channel for our DTC supplements brand, owning creative strategy across organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
• • You’ll conduct in-depth TikTok creative research, build and refine a testing pipeline for creative concepts, and develop platform-native content tailored to every stage of the customer journey—from awareness to purchase intent—while collaborating with Product Marketing, Paid Media, UGC creators, and video editors.
• • Maneuver Marketing LLC is a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand that scaled to over USD$100M in annual sales in just 5 years, serving 3M+ customers worldwide and recognized by the Financial Times and E50 Awards for high-growth performance.
• • In this role, you’ll develop scalable creative systems, optimize conversion levers through testing, and help uncover repeatable insights that improve TikTok efficiency and strengthen collaboration between Growth and Product Marketing teams.
