  • • Lead creative production for Wizz, a GenZ-focused social chat app with over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK, aligning all creative output with product and user acquisition strategy
  • • Manage and supervise a squad of up to 4 creative operators, including recruiting, coaching, and increasing talent density within the team
  • • Analyze team performance metrics and develop actionable plans to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to user acquisition and engagement
  • • Identify, test, and implement new creative concepts that resonate with GenZ audiences across digital channels
  • • Share best practices and creative insights with other internal creative teams to elevate overall production quality and efficiency
  • • Own and lead high-impact cross-functional projects aimed at testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and improving creative process scalability
  • • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure creative content drives measurable user growth and retention
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of Wizz’s unique value proposition: a pressure-free, 1:1 chat environment for authentic peer connections, distinct from follower-based social platforms
  • • Ensure all creative assets reflect Wizz’s brand identity—authentic, youthful, and safe—while adhering to platform-specific guidelines and regional nuances
  • • Drive continuous innovation in creative formats, including video, static ads, and interactive content tailored to mobile user behavior
  • • Monitor competitive creative landscapes within the mobile app industry to benchmark performance and identify emerging trends
  • • Foster a culture of candor, freedom, and responsibility within the creative team, encouraging experimentation and data-driven feedback
  • • Provide regular performance reviews and development guidance to team members to support career growth and skill enhancement
  • • Represent the Wizz creative team in company-wide initiatives and contribute to shaping Voodoo’s broader creative strategy
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and their creative requirements for mobile app promotions
  • • Ensure all creative work complies with ethical advertising standards and platform policies targeting minors
  • • Translate product roadmap priorities into visually compelling and conversion-optimized creative campaigns
  • • Document and standardize creative workflows to improve consistency, speed, and scalability across campaigns
  • • Act as the primary liaison between creative operations and external partners (agencies, vendors) when required
  • • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align creative direction with company-wide growth objectives
  • • Promote a data-informed creative culture by interpreting performance insights and integrating them into future campaign development
  • • Champion user-centric creative design by grounding decisions in real user feedback and behavioral data from Wizz’s active community
