- • Perform detailed annotation and labeling of multimedia and language data, including video, images, and associated metadata, to support training of generative AI models.
- • Review and evaluate prompts used in generative AI systems to assess relevance, coherence, creativity, and alignment with intended output quality standards.
- • Create and refine high-quality datasets specifically designed for training creative writing generative AI models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and linguistic nuance.
- • Conduct quality assurance checks on annotated datasets to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or biases in labeling patterns.
- • Collaborate with AI training teams to provide feedback on dataset performance and suggest improvements based on observed model outputs.
- • Document annotation guidelines and best practices for internal use, ensuring standardized approaches across annotation teams.
- • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on evolving generative AI capabilities, ethical considerations, and creative writing standards.
- • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive or proprietary content.
- • Deliver consistent, high-volume output within defined deadlines while maintaining precision in creative and linguistic evaluations.
- • Work closely with project leads to prioritize annotation tasks based on model development cycles and training milestones.
- • Provide written justifications for annotation decisions, particularly when evaluating subjective elements like tone, style, and narrative structure in creative writing samples.
- • Use proprietary annotation tools and platforms to tag, categorize, and label data according to specified taxonomies and workflows.
- • Identify and report edge cases or ambiguous content that challenge existing annotation guidelines, contributing to iterative guideline refinement.
- • Ensure all annotated outputs meet defined quality thresholds before being integrated into model training pipelines.
- • Contribute to the development of evaluation rubrics for assessing the creativity, originality, and grammatical integrity of AI-generated text.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in creative writing, literary analysis, or content annotation for AI training datasets
- • Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and stylistic conventions
- • Ability to evaluate and annotate nuanced creative content with consistency and precision
- • Experience using data annotation platforms or tools for multimedia or text-based datasets
- • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
- • Availability to work 40 hours per week as a W2 full-time employee
