- • Perform detailed annotation and labeling of multimedia and language data, including video, images, and associated metadata, to support the training of generative AI models.
- • Evaluate and refine prompts used in generative AI systems to ensure alignment with creative writing standards, tone, style, and contextual accuracy.
- • Review annotated datasets for consistency, accuracy, and quality, identifying and correcting errors or ambiguities in labeling.
- • Create high-quality, human-curated datasets specifically designed to improve the creative writing capabilities of generative AI models.
- • Collaborate with data science and AI teams to provide feedback on dataset performance and suggest improvements based on observed model outputs.
- • Follow standardized annotation guidelines and quality control protocols to maintain uniformity across large-scale data labeling projects.
- • Document annotation decisions and rationale to support audit trails and model explainability efforts.
- • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on evolving annotation standards, AI model capabilities, and creative writing benchmarks.
- • Ensure all labeled data complies with ethical and legal guidelines regarding content, copyright, and sensitive material.
- • Maintain high productivity and accuracy while managing a consistent workload of 40 hours per week.
- • Use designated annotation platforms and tools to upload, tag, and manage multimedia and textual data with precision.
- • Provide qualitative feedback on AI-generated text outputs, assessing creativity, coherence, originality, and adherence to stylistic constraints.
- • Identify patterns in model errors related to narrative structure, character development, dialogue authenticity, and genre-specific conventions.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks set by project leads.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation workflows by suggesting process optimizations and tool enhancements.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all data handled, including proprietary content and unreleased AI model outputs.
- • Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguities in labeling instructions or model behavior.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in creative writing, literature, journalism, or related fields
- • Proficiency in English language with strong command of grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuance
- • Ability to analyze and evaluate AI-generated text for creativity, coherence, and contextual accuracy
- • Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running annotation tools
- • Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a W2 basis
- • U.S. residency required for remote employment
