- • Manage end-to-end creator partnerships for Dressly, focusing on UGC creators across international markets, primarily the United States.
- • Identify, recruit, and onboard international creators aligned with Dressly’s AI-driven personalization brand and fashion-tech mission.
- • Conduct full-cycle communication with creators, including initial outreach, onboarding, ongoing collaboration, and performance follow-up.
- • Provide clear briefs to creators, review submitted content, deliver constructive feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
- • Collaborate closely with creative, product, and User Acquisition teams to design, test, and scale new content formats and campaign strategies.
- • Analyze the performance of creator campaigns using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize partnership ROI.
- • Contribute to the development and implementation of automation and AI-powered solutions to streamline creator management workflows.
- • Maintain strong relationships with creators to foster long-term collaborations and brand advocacy.
- • Ensure all creator content aligns with Dressly’s brand voice, AI-powered fashion experience, and commitment to personalized self-expression.
- • Track and report on key metrics including engagement, conversion, and audience growth tied to creator-driven initiatives.
- • Stay updated on global fashion-tech trends, influencer marketing dynamics, and evolving social media platforms to inform partnership strategies.
- • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to expand Dressly’s creator ecosystem and explore new digital channels for audience acquisition.
- • Support the launch of new product features by creating authentic, creator-led content that demonstrates AI-powered tools such as virtual try-on, digital wardrobe, and body scan.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to align creator campaigns with product releases, seasonal campaigns, and global marketing calendars.
- • Continuously refine processes for creator selection, communication, and performance evaluation to improve efficiency and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 6 months of experience working with creators, influencer marketing, or UGC projects
- • Professional working proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher)
- • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment
- • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility
- • Initiative, creativity, and a drive to improve and optimize processes
- • Basic experience with CRM systems or Excel
