📋 Description

• As a Creator Partnerships Specialist at Supercast (a Fox Corporation company), you will build and maintain a targeted list of top podcast creators to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Day to day, you will research and prioritize a Top 100 creator list, develop personalized outreach strategies, track pipeline progress, and secure initial meetings with creators to set up future sales conversations.
• You will join a mission-driven, remote-first team focused on empowering podcasters to monetize their audiences through exclusive content and community, operating under the FOX banner with backing from Red Seat Ventures.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in the podcast ecosystem, refine your partnership and outreach skills, and position yourself for growth into leading discovery calls and managing creator relationships.

• Relentless persistence in pursuing high-value creator partnerships through creative and tactful outreach
• Ability to build and maintain a targeted Top 100 creator list with quarterly focus on top prospects
• Experience developing tailored outreach strategies that stand out, including cold DMs, mutual connections, and surprise gestures
• Strong pipeline tracking discipline to monitor progress, identify stalls, and plan next steps
• Startup mindset: comfort with ambiguity, ability to write well, move fast, and build processes as you go
• Proven credibility in creator partnerships, with ability to speak authentically to podcasters and their teams
