- • As a Creator Relations Specialist at Air Apps, you will own the full lifecycle of creator partnerships from sourcing to payment, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) by aligning creator content with brand vision and product goals.
- • You will identify and source creators, manage outreach and contracts, define deliverables, review content quality, coordinate payments, and maintain detailed records—all while serving as the primary point of contact for creators to build long-term, trusted relationships.
- • Based in San Francisco (5 days a week, fully onsite), you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams in a fast-paced, family-founded environment that values innovation, operational excellence, and global impact—having already reached over 100 million downloads worldwide.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in creator economy dynamics, sharpen negotiation and project management skills, and directly influence how AI-powered tools empower creators and entrepreneurs across the globe.
🎯 Requirements
- • Around 2+ years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
- • Proven experience managing creators or freelancers from sourcing through payment, including contract coordination and deliverables oversight.
- • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through on timelines and agreements.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for building and sustaining one-on-one creator relationships.
- • Familiarity with digital platforms, evolving content trends, and the creator economy landscape.
- • Comfort and preference for working fully onsite (5 days/week) in San Francisco to enable in-person collaboration and relationship building.
