• • As a Creator Relations Specialist at Air Apps, you will own the full lifecycle of creator partnerships from sourcing to payment, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) by building authentic relationships with creators who align with the brand’s vision.
• • You will identify and source creators, manage outreach and negotiations, define deliverables and timelines, review content for quality and brand alignment, coordinate payments with finance, and maintain detailed records of all partnerships while serving as the primary point of contact for creators.
• • You will join a family-founded, self-funded company with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco, operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where over 100 million downloads reflect global impact and innovation in AI-driven productivity tools.
• • You will develop expertise in influencer partnership management, contract coordination, content validation, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in scaling creator ecosystems within a high-growth tech startup.
