  • • As the Credit & Accounts Lead within Member Services at Atlas Computing Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the premium membership experience by providing exceptional, member-facing support for all credit and account-related inquiries.   • • You will serve as a primary point of contact, engaging directly with our high-net-worth members to address a wide spectrum of needs. This includes meticulously handling inquiries related to payments, understanding and managing account activity, and processing spending requests with precision and care. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally, balancing the highest standards of service with the critical considerations of policy and risk, will be paramount to building trust and ensuring member satisfaction.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing both internal and external communications. This requires adeptness in utilizing third-party platforms to ensure seamless information flow and timely responses. You will be expected to resolve routine credit-related requests independently, demonstrating initiative and a deep understanding of our processes. For more complex cases, you will be responsible for escalating them with thorough context and well-reasoned recommendations, ensuring that our members receive consistent and effective support.
  • • Beyond direct member interaction, you will play a crucial role in the operational execution of credit and account-related workflows. This encompasses maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of member records, which is vital for clean handoffs between teams and for ensuring our documentation is always audit-ready. You will be involved in tracking payments, conducting account reviews, and expertly handling exceptions that may arise, all while adhering to established procedures.
  • • A key responsibility will be to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes. While you will follow established credit and account procedures, you are also encouraged to identify opportunities for enhancing clarity, efficiency, and consistency. Your insights will be invaluable in refining how we operate as we scale.
  • • You will actively contribute to the development and updating of internal documentation, templates, and process guides. As the company grows, maintaining robust and up-to-date resources is essential for onboarding new team members and ensuring operational scalability and reliability.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with partners in Onboarding, Finance, Credit, and Risk teams.
