📋 Description
- • The Credit/Collections Support 2 role at WEX Inc. supports the Factoring team by managing customer accounts with outstanding balances, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and disputes while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting clients by phone to discuss overdue payments, providing invoice copies, researching and processing customer disputes, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing account reconciliation and payment research, achieving portfolio-related goals and metrics, and maintaining organized customer files.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or collections
- • Attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and collaboratively
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- • Previous experience with account reconciliation
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
