Credit Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Credit Manager at Monks, you will lead credit risk and collections strategy to protect revenue, optimize cash flow, and strengthen customer relationships by designing and refining credit policies, evaluating creditworthiness, setting limits and terms, and guiding a high-performing team to reduce DSO and bad debt.
• • Day to day, you will analyze credit applications, assess solvency and risk, establish payment terms, monitor portfolio aging for delinquency, lead and coach the credit and collections team to meet recovery and CEI targets, partner with Sales and Finance to balance risk and growth, negotiate payment plans with key clients, prepare management reports on aging, provisions, write-offs, and risk exposure, ensure regulatory and audit compliance, improve cash conversion cycle via process enhancements, and leverage advanced Excel and NetSuite ERP to automate reporting.
