- • As a CRM/Email Marketing Specialist at Pear Tree, you will define, build, and scale CRM programs for clients, turning customer data into actionable strategies that drive retention, lifetime value, and frequency across email and SMS channels.
- • Day to day, you will lead the development and management of automations, segments, and lifecycle journeys; plan and execute email and SMS campaigns; analyze performance metrics; ensure brand alignment and data hygiene; collaborate with creative and marketing teams; and continuously optimize campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Marapost, and Mailchimp.
- • Pear Tree is a remote-first agency aligned with Australian hours, serving clients with data-driven, creative CRM solutions that blend analytics and design to accelerate growth in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in retention marketing, master advanced CRM platforms, lead end-to-end campaign strategy, and develop analytical and collaborative skills that position you as a trusted advisor in customer lifecycle optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience in similar field
- • 3+ years experience in agency environment
- • Strong retention marketing knowledge
- • Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools
- • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
