- • As a CRM Lifecycle Optimization Associate at BetMGM, you will support the execution and optimization of customer lifecycle campaigns across sports, casino, and poker verticals in Canada, contributing to retention and engagement through data-driven, compliant campaign delivery.
- • You will execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and onsite channels, support setup and QA of automated journeys, validate targeting and personalization, monitor live campaigns for issues, and assist with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- • You will join a team of over 1,400 members at BetMGM, a leader in sports betting and online gaming backed by MGM Resorts and Entain, working within a culture focused on innovation, inclusion, and delivering best-in-class gaming experiences.
- • This role offers hands-on experience with CRM automation, AI-driven personalization, and lifecycle optimization, providing a strong foundation for growth into advanced optimization and marketing technology roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
- • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar)
- • Strong attention to detail with ability to QA content, logic, and links effectively
- • Comfortable working with data to validate audiences, review performance metrics, and identify patterns
- • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- • Interest in CRM optimization, AI agent building, automation, and AI-driven personalization
