- • As a CRM Manager - Acquisition at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in driving customer growth through targeted campaigns, data-driven strategies, and personalized communication across diverse markets, helping SMEs save time and money by attracting, converting, and onboarding new users.
- • You will own the applicant journey, plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, work with analytics teams to identify high-conversion segments, use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Iterable) to build and optimize customer journeys, continuously A/B test messaging and CTAs, report on campaign performance and acquisition KPIs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop engagement marketing opportunities.
- • You will join a multinational team of passionate CRMers, product marketers, and product managers dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and ownership, operating within Tide’s mission to transform small business banking with over 1.8 million members globally and offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, London, Serbia, Romania, Lithuania, Hyderabad, Gurugram, New Delhi, Berlin, Paris, and Luxembourg.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CRM automation, segmentation, data-driven campaign optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management, while gaining hands-on experience with BI tools like Looker and Tableau, and contributing to rapid market expansion in a scale-up environment that values initiative, measured risk-taking, and evidence-based decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
- • You have c.5-7 yrs of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing management.
- • You’ve developed and delivered CRM programmes, demonstrating proven results against targets.
- • You’ve got a great hands on skill set for automation, personalisation across multiple platforms.
- • You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms e.g. Iterable, Hubspot, Braze, salesforce and an understanding of HTML and CSS.
- • You have experience handling campaign data from different sources using BI tools e.g. Looker, Tableau, and experience turning this data into strategic insights.
