- • Take full ownership of CRM strategy development, including testing new engagement mechanics and mentoring team members to foster growth and innovation.
- • Define, implement, and continuously optimize multi-channel CRM strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and onsite messaging to maximize customer engagement.
- • Own the entire customer lifecycle, driving effective onboarding, sustained engagement, retention, reactivation, and proactive churn prevention across global markets.
- • Plan, execute, and evaluate data-driven CRM campaigns with a strong emphasis on personalization, audience segmentation, and measurable ROI improvements.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and analytics to ensure campaigns are creative, technically sound, and aligned with business goals.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on key CRM KPIs including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), retention rates, conversion metrics, and churn indicators, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- • Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations and responsible gaming practices, maintaining ethical and legal standards across all operations.
- • Lead end-to-end management of CRM campaigns from concept to delivery, using data to refine targeting, timing, and messaging for maximum impact.
- • Work within a fast-paced, international environment to deliver high-impact customer engagement solutions in the regulated iGaming and betting sector.
- • Maintain expertise in industry best practices for CRM technology and customer behavior, adapting strategies to evolving market conditions and regulatory landscapes.
- • Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives and customer experience goals.
- • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, personalization, and scalability within existing CRM workflows and systems.
