- • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-stakes enterprise engagements focused on Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, managing scope, timeline, budget, and execution.
- • Serve as the primary translation layer between client business stakeholders (including C-suite) and DataRobot’s technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists), ensuring business goals are accurately converted into technical requirements.
- • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in AI deployments, including those related to data infrastructure, API integrations, and agent logic, to prevent critical path delays.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client sponsors, managing expectations, handling escalations, and navigating complex organizational dynamics to ensure project success.
- • Drive adoption of Agentic AI workflows by advising clients on operational changes needed to integrate AI agents into daily business processes.
- • Run agile delivery cycles including sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to maintain team velocity and clear directional alignment.
- • Define and measure KPIs to align technical outputs with strategic business objectives and demonstrate measurable ROI from AI initiatives.
- • Apply technical fluency in system architectures, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) to guide engineering teams and assess feasibility of client solutions.
- • Engage in technical discussions on Generative AI and Agentic systems, including non-deterministic behavior, latency trade-offs, MCP servers, and RAG architectures.
- • Maintain disciplined project governance with rigorous documentation, client communication protocols, and delivery standards.
- • Operate with a consulting mindset, drawing on experience in management or technology consulting environments to deliver client-centric AI solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product, and engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on customer outcomes.
- • Ensure all engagements adhere to DataRobot’s Operating Principles, including Wow Our Customers, Be Rigorous, and Deliver Results.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional experience delivering complex software or data products for enterprise clients
- • Hybrid background in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineer, Solution Architect) with progression into client-facing leadership (e.g., Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager)
- • Experience managing data science or machine learning projects
- • Technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar; MBA preferred
- • Experience working within a management consulting or technology consulting environment (Big 4 or boutique)
- • Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic systems (e.g., non-deterministic behavior, latency trade-offs, MCP servers, RAG architectures)
