📋 Description
- • As CRM Manager – Subscriptions at Tide Platform Limited, you will lead the planning and execution of CRM strategies for subscription products, directly impacting customer retention and lifetime value in a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SMEs globally.
- • You will manage and mentor a Senior CRM Executive, use advanced data analytics for segmentation and personalization, implement predictive modelling to reduce churn, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- • You will join Tide’s Paid Plans CRM team—a collaborative, data-driven group focused on experimentation and impact—within a company that champions innovation, diversity, and financial inclusion for small businesses across the UK, India, Germany, and France.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in subscription-based CRM, master predictive analytics and behavioural targeting, and drive measurable improvements in customer advocacy, loyalty programs, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally within subscription-based technology businesses
- • Experience with subscription billing systems and customer databases
- • Strong background in CRM analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling
- • Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce)
- • Excellent spoken and written English
- • Experience with tools such as GSuite and Jira
